It is the core principles of these arts that provide the relevancy and practical tools for everyday life.  You will learn movements from the following forms with a focus on fundamentals:

 

The Simplified 24 Movement Yang Style Taijiquan

&

The Popular Shibashi (18) Movements Qigong (Set 1)
